The Silverstorm Heat Air Gun from Silverline is well-equipped with a powerful 2000W motor that fires out a maximum air temperature of 600°C / 1112°F. This is variable via the control dial on the side of the unit, and the 3-speed fan allows you to use bespoke settings for each and every application that you turn your hand to.
Whether you're stripping or drying paint, shaping plastics and other malleable materials, or even defrosting frozen metal water pipes, the Silverstorm Hot Air Gun does it all. When working with paint and materials where a quality finish is required, and to minimise the chance of burning, it is important to keep the nozzle at least 25mm from the target area.
It has been cleverly designed to stand upright of its own volition, with the outlet nozzle facing straight up in the air, thus enabling you to use it with a 'hands-free' approach.
This tool is supplied with 4 x push-fit nozzles, giving you other options when one may not be totally suitable. They come in the form of 1 x deflector nozzle, 1 x flat nozzle, 1 x glass protector nozzle and 1 x reducer nozzle.
